We aim to assist companies get in control of their expenses through a dedicated spend management platform for B2B companies. Our motto is to simplify the lives of finance managers by enabling them to focus on more productive tasks through issuing cards to employees with pre-defined controls, managing team budgets and implementing customized approval policies. Additionally, we are the only licensed spend management platform in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Central Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and assist customers use specific features.
  • Update internal FAQ with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with the Product team.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with Customer Experience Manager.

Requirements

  • Background on Information Technology
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Systematic and well-organized approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, skilled at interpreting and addressing various instructions and requests.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
